Paths to Meditation

On the out breath, ahhh. Say that to yourself, feel it? Let's enjoy Meditation, beginning Sunday, Sept. 16 from 9:15 to 10 a.m. in the Knowledge Center. Facilitator, Julie Sulahria will introduce Sally Kempton's concepts on choosing a core practice, experimenting and infusing a practice with the spirit of adventure. Ahhhh.

Meetings are held 1st and 3rd Sundays at 9:15 in Emerson. Join in, all are welcome.

Book Club

If you are looking for a fun and interactive way to engage with UUFNN members, consider joining the once-a-month Book Club.  You can tackle books like The Help, Little Bee and Churchill's Secret Agent and spend an hour sharing your thoughts with others.

Upcoming reads include I Feel Bad About my Neck and Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet.  The book club meets 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. the first Friday of each month (moves to the second Friday during holiday weekends) in the Maynard Room.  Questions?  Email Susan Lester at fordtraveler@gmail.com.
